At Sips & Sunsets, your satisfaction is our sunshine If something doesn’t vibe quite right, we’ve made returns and refunds as easy as a beach breeze.


Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items — no stress, no hassle. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless faulty.


How to Start a Return

Just follow these steps:

  1. Email our team at shannonolson3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Pack up the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We offer free exchanges (U.S. only)! Just let us know in your return email what you’d like instead, and we’ll take care of the rest.


Damaged or Defective Items?

Oops — we’re sorry! If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send a photo and your order number to shannonolson3@gmail.com and we’ll make it right ASAP.


Return Shipping

  • U.S. returns: We cover return shipping for exchanges or store credit. For refunds, a $4.95 return shipping fee may be deducted.

  • International returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
